Borrowing its title from a lyric in Ribs, the project explores femininity at the point where glamour becomes excessive, and objectification starts to surface.
The makeup draws from the camp theatrics of The Rocky Horror Show, centring on an exaggerated red lip and radial lashes that mirror the explosive geometry of the inner-eye design.
Through editing, the images were pushed toward a fetishistic visual atmosphere that evokes a mannequin-like presence that feels both seductive and artificial.
